New service and maintenance app

Ecoclean has developed a new service app for IOS and Android. The app will be available since January 2020 and will enable bi-directional exchange between employees at the plant operator's and Ecoclean's customer service through video telephony and chat function. The information and instructions required for troubleshooting or maintenance of the system can be transmitted directly via the smartphone. The phone's camera allows the helpdesk employee to follow the work closely and intervene immediately if something goes "wrong". Using the normal telephone and chat function, queries can be answered immediately or instructions can be specified. This state-of-the-art method of service support reduces long and costly travel. It not only reduces plant downtime, but also CO2 emissions.
