Monitoring the Cleaning Process in Ultrasonic Baths

The mechanical cleaning effect of ultrasonic baths is based on cavitation. Gas bubbles implode and generate both jet streams, which clean the goods like microbrushes, and noises, which can be measured acoustically and analyzed as a numerical value. This can be used to define and monitor the cleaning process.
