Fluke Process Instruments offers special hardware and software kits to monitor the thermal curing of powder coatings, paints, adhesives and sealants. These systems help users ensure consistent high quality, improve efficiency, and demonstrate compliance. The Datapaq DP5 data logger offers a very high accuracy of ±0.5 °C and a resolution of ±0.1 °C over the entire measurement and operating temperature range. It is available in various 6-channel and 12-channel formats with the appropriate thermal insulation for each thermal process. Measurements can be started and stopped manually, via two color-coded keys or depending on time and temperature. A logger can monitor up to ten furnaces in succession and store individual profiles with up to 600k data points. Datapaq Insight software quickly converts raw data into meaningful information.
