The multistore solution has been tested in eight countries so far. For the repair sector, the system has already been introduced in Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Austria and Switzerland will follow shortly. In the field of powder coatings, it was launched in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Until recently, 95 percent of orders in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) were handled by telephone. With the introduction of the new multistore solution, customers can view an online product catalog and obtain real-time information. In addition, they can track their orders and shipments as well as use digital technologies to execute online orders. The new webshop also provides a mobile app for Android and iOS.
