In-Line, Automated Particle Analysis Systems

For around the last ten years, measurement cells have been used to determine the level of particulate contamination in liquids. These replace time-consuming laboratory analyses with rapid, image-based measurements. Until now the process has primarily been used in the production line to determine the technical cleanliness of products. Last year, a range of stand-alone, automated particle analysis systems was launched which can be used for production-related cleanliness inspections and which combine particle extraction with automated measurement.
